I mean the guide should show a 20FCR amulet. My error.
EDIT: And yes, a 2/20/2os Barb Helmet is almost always fine.
However at that point I'd just go Gheed's Wager + 80%EG circlet and put in a 15/40 Jewel. You trade a Lem 50EG for a 15/40 rather than 80%EG for 20fcr.
