depend on target! asume you tank them with 1 life

6.5k nado / 6pvp /20es = 54 PDR needed (insight mode vs nado will do)
10k smite / 6pvp / 20es = 83 PDR needed
vs 95% of barbs, you have mdr overflow.
vs pure chargers, repl life is welcome, and its more about total mana then about pdr vs them.

so its 54pdr whitout shield you seek minimum
(54+16shield = 70pdr)
83pdr is needed when a smiter is interupting your baba tanking for example (1 vs 2 duels!)

95% of duelers drink mana potions!
