eth cubed fort or eth cubed Duress. I never got the tooththrow thing, cubed duress is much better and cheaper and you can get as much or more defense to boot.

vs just 40% ow on a tooththrow...

Quite sure op was referring to GM armors.. Eth Duress is surely BM..

I'd say Fort, provided you are getting good proc numbers from surrounding gear.
