Level 30-49 Helmets
2/20/30/+Life/+Mana and/or 2sox. Getting Life or Mana with 2 sox (with 2/20/30) is incredibly rare, and therefore if you do find one with 2 sox you have a jackpot item.
+1 skills (or the superior +2 skill tab) -Fire, Cold, Light, Trap, psm, pnb, pc, off, chaos, eldritch, shape, elemental, masteries) + 20fcr + 30 frw + 40-60 Life or +40-90Mana. gigantic bonus if it has Both life and Mana, and you will be rich if it is also 2sox).
For druids, the circlets can be level 65 or lower (so 2/20/30/+life or +mana (or both) with 2 sox being amazing.
