Yes, still strong. Very easy to gear, and very easy to play. Basic starter gear easily does 100+ GR.
It has been my favorite build for the past few seasons. I think it will stay that way in Season 35 as well since there is a 50% run/walk speed bonus that everyone gets, and this increases damage output of this build.
