Regarding Int over Dex, I thought so too. That's why I just have base Dex on my barb without using the chest. But equipping the chest ups my dodge from 6,7% percent to 10,9%, which is a 63% increase in dodge. Going with base dex on a barb is not optimal I believe.

that's insane, 9.5/10 because dex roll could be something better I guess.
