What's your point? I decided not to buy it because it has lower DPS than I wanted, if it was 850 dps or higher I would have bought it.
I use ww/nado barb as well, If I run into a situation where an enemy is raping me because I'm not getting enough Fury for some reason, which does happen... I'd like to do more damage with Bash.
I can't remember the price, but 3 asi, 110 str, and 45 crit dmg didn't seem worth it at the time.
Then again, switching from Lacuni with just vita and pickup radius, to Lacuni with 5.5% crit, 50 str 40 vita, 9 asi didn't seem worth 100m to me either...
Also, with WW and Sprint, watching the Nado's tick, then just releasing and holding WW again... you can easily tell if you're getting more ticks, or maybe your computer is not that great and you can't? That's what I do, gain Fury a lot better that way.
the way i see things might be different from u.
I tend to see from the point of effective damage. As long as using the dagger gives more ticks per seconds, it means more fury regeneration, which provides a sustainable wotb uptime, which translate to more damage output and survivability.
This dagger that i'm using has 1.65 aps, which means i only need 36% ias to hit the 3.34 aps breakpoint. At that breakpoint, i effectively have 20% more damage for the nado from my offhand.
Since nado comes from both mh n offhand, that will mean an 10% increase in damage overall.
Fury regeneration is always not a problem for me. I have 74% cc at wotb uptime, and 84% (at this % most of the time) coupled with killing spree.
My recommendation is that u must see what's your current aps and how much u need to invest to get to the next ias bp. If u currently have 2.5 & 2.88aps for your mh & oh respectively in wotb mode, i would suggest just sticking with it as it would take a lot more to hit to the next breakpoint.
FYI, breakpoint for nado/ww are
2.5aps --> 8.57ticks per second
2.88aps --> 10ticks per second
3.34aps --> 12 ticks per second.
