I get all life on hit I need from my rings and blackthornes medal.
I dont think life on hit is gonna be usefull in pvp either.

Killed diablo with this weapon, with high possibility of first EU solo barb.

Also, 300 vit means about 15k hp for me ( 50% hp bonus from items ), which means revenge heals 750 more per hit and leap/overpower for 1100 per hit.
So I really think vit > life on hit in like many aspects lol
