I've seen a few Mp10 Purist threads in the past, and have always wanted to try doing one myself. I've also seen people try Purist runs and either give up and get powerleveled, lower Mp, or get lazy with their thread. I will be committed in showing you new crafted upgrades, discovered upgrades, boss fights, legendary drops, player stats/lvls and of course my imminent death.
I have no living characters left on D3 so why not give a Purist a shot. My screenshots are minimal the first 20 levels since I just had the idea to post my journey to the community. Any other ideas to keep this thread to your liking let me know.

Leoric fight was pretty easy, butcher also wasn't too hard as long as he doesn't connect with his grappling hook.




Level 22 is where my screenshots will begin being plentiful. This is when I thought why not post my progression to the community and let them witness my rise and imminent fall.











Gold Budget: 59,383

I've made a few crafts so far and have bought some items off merchants. I'm guessing I would be around 75,000 gold right now if I wouldn't have crafted or bought items from vendors. Crafting supplies is going to be my downfall more than gold. But doing full clears through all zones and dungeons should help keep it up.

I had two ring of the bear rings on so I decided to buy this from Silmak the Fence to grab a bit more dps.

Level 23 stats. I'm killing monsters fairly well and keeping my life above half at all times during elite battles. Currently using Nerves of Steel and Pound of Flesh passives

I'd like an introduction to your barbarian though. Perhaps his name, you know what I mean, like adding some personality, so we can connect with your character Sounds abit silly, but it absolutely works.

"As I entered the Dahlgur Oasis I became bombarded by dune dervishes which sliced me up repeatedly. I ran across my friend lugo the miner out in the oasis who upgraded my braces for a small cost. I then came across the Ancient Cave which is the place I reached new heights hitting my current level of 24.

Slammajamma is fairing quite well against the beasts he's encountered so far. The experience he gains is well earned.

So far I've only had about 5 rare drops not including boss fights. Having an extra 100% magic find I figured I would be seeing more rare drops, but I'm sure that will change.

Slammajamma isn't having much trouble holding his own so far in act 2. The crafted upgrades I've been able to craft have helped a lot. Being at level 27 already and on my way to Belial brings hope to Sanctuary.
