Jewels are plain 24 maxers, its base 20 life.

10 fhr doesn't help most melees, since their attacks are uninterruptable. Zealer would be the main one to use either of these helms btw.

Well, yes and no on using it on a barb. Could get a 2 sock 1barb or 2 combat/3 conc/3iron skin 100+ defense and it would be a lot better, and sexier to use
