Sudden feelings:
Locations:
Deep 'muscle spasm' feeling in Upper left chest/lower shoulder near Sternal Line
Sometimes feels like a cold enlarged marble is sitting in this same spot.
Also in this area I feel fluttering, but slightly closer to the center of the left side of my chest
Most of this weird feelings are Upper chest/shoulder/left arm

Pre-existing conditions:
Diet not great
Severe anxiety <-- Anti-anxiety medicine helps the weird feelings a lot, but not completely.
High Blood pressure

Go to the doctors, that could literally be anything.

sounds pretty effing heartattacky to me lol

You should see your primary Healthcare Doctor. They'll probably request an X-Ray. They'll follow up with you on what's recommend to resolve your symptoms . Have you checked the side effects of the medication you take ? I get A twitching response 24 hours or so after for x days after taking A muscle relaxer.
