I know it is man.

You probably have some lacking stabilizer muscles or something due to jumping weight so fast.

Damn.. crazy how strong Pure is getting.. that's good then since that is your goal.. GZ

I was going to try 500lb deadlift for the first time Tuesday.. last week I got really close and I'm bulking now so my weight goes up fast right off the bat especially..

go to deadlift this week and for some reason 405 felt super heavy.. like I did it for 3 and was like FUARK.. normally it's light

ruined my day as I was so pumped to get 500.. the week before made it seem like I could get it..

I fapped right before the gym. could that be the reason? either way pissed me off

Do shoulders count? Lmfao.

That is my biggest struggle so far with all this weight increase. My shoulders feel like garbage all the sudden.

Feelsbadsecret: Haven't been taking my fish oil, so my shoulders are only my fault :( They don't hurt, just sore/ache all the time.

Thanks man. I don't know how your scheduling is, but I seem to have days where things feel heavy as FARK after I don't get enough sleep that night or the night before etc.

I always get a lot of sleep. I do literally nothing right now except eat, workout, and have sex. Occasionally xbox or the pool lol

I didn't really feel too pumped that day.

I actually went and bought some caffeine pills that day to take on days I'm not feeling really good.. like it affected me so hard. I fuarking wanted that 500. Will probably get it soon though..

what kind of scheme do you do for deadlift though m9? just curious, I'm always up for different ones, I'm limited lol
