Thanks man. I don't know how your scheduling is, but I seem to have days where things feel heavy as FARK after I don't get enough sleep that night or the night before etc.
I always get a lot of sleep. I do literally nothing right now except eat, workout, and have sex. Occasionally xbox or the pool lol
I didn't really feel too pumped that day.
I actually went and bought some caffeine pills that day to take on days I'm not feeling really good.. like it affected me so hard. I fuarking wanted that 500. Will probably get it soon though..
what kind of scheme do you do for deadlift though m9? just curious, I'm always up for different ones, I'm limited lol
