If you keep your core tight, you feel a lot more powerful when you push/jerk it. I mean some pros still do it strict, but that shit's cray.

Squat PR today.
Felt nice to make a 10kg PR from a program I made hungover.



@ Burns, yeah I'd recon. I've only done log like 3-4times so I'm still not used to it.

Easy on the conventional deadlifts.

If you go heavy like that one week, the next week do something lighter or less taxing such as sumo deadlifts, good mornings, ect

Pm workout, pr in Hang clean & Jerk 258/3+1 did it for two sets, missed my third set on the last jerk forward.

Took a week off and am back at it

On Day 8 of my 30 week training cycle... Looks like my next meet will be December 28th.
