i don't do em cause of back pain...and its not the backpain that faggots get while they are doing them, or just the day after. It happened in feb when I was DLing with shitty form ofc and did something nasty to my back and i still get back pain sitting down to this day, so I won't be DLing for a while.
would it be possible to do this without DL's? i know nothing really replaces DL's, but I really wanted to do this routine
I get pretty excruciating back pains on squats and deadlifts with GVT, had a trainer watch my form the other day bcuz they always are just sitting around doing nothing, and he said he saw absolutely nothing wrong with my form and was surprised i could keep my back so strait.
I just lift through the pain though and sit down when needed. On leg day my back feels fucking horrible for 30 minutes after squats even and it makes me sweat like crazy, but not going to give up squats.
