and before the true owners can take possession of a disputed home
the state needs to 1st rule in favour of one party

Real estate place fucked up.
They should sue, buy an even better house in Florida. Or whereever, use that one as a storage joint. Point and laugh at the assholes who moved in. WITH ALL THEIR SHIT IN IT. Like seriously how could you be like, wow this house comes fully furnished. With toothpaste, pillows. I mean Seriously. Get the fuck out.
