Hopefully Rex (izParagonzi) can PM you but I will answer a bit here, I am still new to HC so I don't know much at all, about anything really.

HC is not as active as SC, but if you get in a niche of people that play HC you will be better off. Feel free to post here with your level and perhaps join some of us.

As far as cost, I am really unsure. You could probably throw a mediocre set together for ~500fg, and be able to contribute without holding the group back. This is just a wild guess, you could also do it with less but be more of a "leecher" like me.

HC is not as active as SC... but to be honest... I like the speed of it.
With HC, everyone works with what one person uses, but, I have spent around 700-850fg on HC and I can MQ effectively.

You are welcome to join us if we are in range, that is not a problem... alot of the times, I am mostly solo'ing a character
to either catch up to others or even just to get up higher to hold more items... at times you will get into groups

If you want fast runs and more people... SC would be it... but, there are a few members on HC that can do the same
runs... but not as often as I think... not sure... never been in a 1-71 yet
