Not even remotely close to an expert, but i believe it requires 3 to those skills, so it can become 4 once it's CTA. Your base will be 3, which is worse than hoto, as it lacks fcr.

Again, no expert, so do with that info what you will.

probably worth something as a temp. I think i bought my 3/3 for like 2k ish.
