the account is as clean as a baby's tear and relatively new. there has never been even a hint of third-party software on it . not to mention bots and cheats.

Not much else you can do here. I think they give you an option to appeal it.

I would recommend removing your email address from this topic, it serves no purpose.

Hopefully the appeal goes in your favor.

You should have received an email with information regarding the closure and maybe a link to submit an appeal.

Rest assured it's definitely not because of the name.
I have the most racist names for 10-15 years and everyone reported me for it. In vain. Blizzard seems to like em or doesn't care at all xd
