t4t, please check my most recent update for an accurate list

20fg~30min Rush - A4 hell (ready for chaos)
25fg~50min Rush+q's - A5 hell incl. all rush wp's by request & all main q's by request - rada, tome, izual and hell soc q + hell anya
35fg~60+min Rush+everything - A5 hell incl. all wp's, all reward q's incl. den in normal*, every cain, rada, jade attempt**, tome, izual, shenk†, anya†; other quests will be done by request incl. raven, tower, malus, gidbin, forge, barbarians (ral ort tal)†, nihlathak†, ancients††

* and nm/hell if you can attack with a ranged elemental skill or smite
** not willing to walk you through the a3 forests
† will go back to nm and normal after hell mode
†† and if you are a high enough level

G-rush for druid and assassin are also provided if you have a bumper*. prices will not vary from c-rush prices (you can bring more leeches to split up the payment)
*i can provide my own bumper for an additional 20fg

willing to trist / tomb / cow / chaos / baal you for a price depending on time spent but i'd suggest a c-rush/g-rush so you can join chaos services that are already running
not doing any lvl jobs

Things you need to know before we start:
if your char is expansion you must recreate it unless you prefer a G-rush instead of a C-rush
i can mule your items for you on expansion so you can recreate your char, will return them after you convert to expansion
