A game you can't play offline where millions of people can play and interact with each other in an ever growing community.

Doesn't matter if it isn't technically an "mmo"... It's massive... It's multiplayer... It's online... not going to call it anything else.

mmo's are called mmos because it's massively multiplayer online

diablo 3 has 2 of the 3 letters

4 people max in a game does not say massive

its and action rpg that is always online and has 4 person max co op, that's it

and btw, you can only interact with someone if you know their battletag, it's not really a strong socially active game...but you've never played it so your opinion on it isn't quite strong now is it

d2 is not mmo because on/y 8 players in a game? ALL MMOs have a player cap in a single game, still millions of people online
