You know in the Kingdom of the dead underneath the main bridge to the Tree of the Dead there is a whole area you jump around to and there are a couple chests to get. I figured that out at the beginning when I went there, but couldn't get them because of the crystals and some pressure plates I think.

I think the Trainer in the Eternal Throne is bugged because he always has the Axe Training.

The Deposed King sucks and sadly the Bheithir's Talon's help when killing him. Got him down to 1/3 life and his damn ice attack got me.
