Persuade the bar tender in riften to tell you about mavin and if you keep doing it speech will hit level 100 in no time.

u need 25+ to persuade but u can bribe and ur speech goes up i think?

You can bribe him to raise your speech. Doesn't cost that much either.

dont glitch stuff. just play it. i dont have 100 speech and im rolling in gold.

I got over 100k and no use for it really, all I gotta do is buy a house in every city and I already bought Proudspire Manor, the most expensive one.

I got them all done now, question, what is Prowler's profit, anyone know? After completing a quest I got that but it isn't in my inventory, spells, or active effects.
