How about we bring back the sex change Iso boobies on my char :/

Multiplayer stuff is updated and working. Still doing lots of work on the UI to make it work for various screen sizes. Smashing it down to mobile is proving to be challenging for some things. At some point I'll probably have to call it "good enough" and work on it after release, otherwise the release date will just keep getting pushed back further and further.

One key change is that there is no longer a screen resolution to choose, it simply will be whatever your screen size is. By default, it'll be zoomed out (to what is now the 640x480 size), so if you want it bigger, you will zoom in with your browser's zoom functionality. So right now I'm focusing on getting the remaining stuff solid, and displaying nicely, and will probably work on mobile specific tweaks after the initial release. Again, even as is, it's totally playable, just not ideal as some game screens (like for any of the popups) you have to scroll around on the screen.

As far as a technical update, I have everything ported except the MQ drawing stuff, and still a few tidbits (again, like paralyze-blue-color, and such). Got to that point end of last week, actually, and have spent a lot of time working on cleaning up the UI for how the screen resolution works now, to resize on the fly, etc.

Yah that was my only concern, for cell phones how tiny things might be and the challenge on moving gear on and off making sure you don't accidentally destroy an item while trying to equip it lol gotta make sure we have big enough cell phone screens lol

Think I'd be too afraid to MQ on my phone. With 1 key left to put in my wifi would probably disconnect for a split second, ill get a call, phone would die, I'd drop my phone in the toilet, north korea would come, etc..

" The server will shut down......" I am very happy and excited to see what the new update is going to be. Do you have a time-frame of when you WANT to be done by? Not when you think it will be done, when you want it done by. You have the entire LS community on the edges of their seats.... lol

Im curious, is this update all about making a version to play on phones/tablets or are their going to be other things as well?

I'm excited about playing on my phone but I hope it has other new stuff too!

I can only think they won't be as game changing as maps. If they are then hats off to him. Paul seems like he has been a busy bee with porting.

if i understand everthing right, he said he "only" make ls possible for mobile devices, but with the new codec updates are easier and faster
