Its a tad harder to read on my CRT beside this LCD but it is a lot easier to read than the red on both screens for me.

just dont come with this argument..

if for you its better as gray, for me and lots other, red was better..

i still think red is better and i will always think this way..

if you have an opnion, stay with YOUR opinion and i will stay with mine..

so just dont come with those shits

I never complained about the red. I could read it just fine. I can read the grey if i'm within about 2-3 inches of the screen and stare at it for a few seconds.

wow.. just hover your pointer over it.. its accually very nice this way.. the red was eye draining.

In this case though, Why have words there at all? Why not just have a big solid grey box for items, and make it so you have no choice but to drag your mouse over it?


edit: I don't think its so much the color of the items as it is the color of the background. Not very many colors will show up good on that shade of blue. He said earlier that he was contemplating modifying this, and that may fix it

Yep, having like 20 items in your inventory and seeing all that red is a bit hard on the eyes unlike the light gray.
