Either a creator(s) of the universe and/or nature thought to itself "What if we make samaras, aka helicopter seeds. When humans go to sweep them, they will through some (un)known force cling to the surface that they land on. Not one. Not two. Over 10 sweeps of a broom/sweeper to move a samara about half an inch (~1cm). That will be one of our sources of pleasure while observing those hoomans."
Heeheehee. I know that I could use a leaf blower. But, I wanted to be on the front shared with our neighbour porch and to "gently" sweep a little. The struggle with the helicopter seeds is the payment to enjoy those quiet moments as the sun is setting.
