The arrogance, creepiness, and unabashed unnecessary and inappropriate intimidation in this and other similar videos give a pretty good idea of how these interactions (not all but many) went during the days without mobile capture technology
It also speaks volumes about the lack of accountability within the enforcement system as this behavior is consistently shrugged off by those that should be demanding excellence not excusing failure of the system and the community
Earlier in the week we had a thread where the citizen was treating the officers inappropriately and this is an example from the other side.
Even if this guy had been arrested many times it does (would) not matter. I seriously question the authority that gave this specific officer his training and badge.
