I'm just really bad with words. I'm not really subtle when it comes to talks like these. You're supposed to dance around the topic and approach it carefully, but I jump right in the center and blurt out something like "you're getting fat you need to watch what you eat and exercise" or something along those lines. xD

I did that too but she wouldn't stop complaining afterwards.
I love my girlfriend but I wish her body was better, I know she can do better I don't understand why doesn't she. She herself complains about her body and when I try to help her out I get shit because of it.

Cuz she's a woman. Period. Most of them are all talk, no action. My gf's the same way. Always says "I wanna get jacked" cuz she rock climbs, and I tell her come work out with me, she says no maybe next time.
Well ok then.

I think a week ago on Saturday she was like, "I'll wake up early tomorrow and go for a jog." She woke up on Sunday and said "I'm not feeling well I'll jog tomorrow morning." Never happened of course. Then her period came. She ate a ton blaming her period for it. When I suggested to her to eat smaller meals she said something like "but I'm still hungry afterwards if I eat small meals." And then she wonders why she doesn't turn me on or why I don't compliment her body.
