it's cold as fuck and even when I change its temperature its still not hot enough. I can't stand it and I need to wash myself for college.

attach a hose to the bottom and drain the tank of the build up

if that doesn't work replace the element

what type of heat (electric, gas)

unlock your cores

apartment
gas
bring lube

turn the thermostat on the water heater up
theres generally a knob that you can adjust. that is, if the water heater is in the physical apt
if its outside its probably locked up

does your apartment have a maintenance person? gas can be dangerous so don't tinker since you don't know what you're doing

you can check your pilot light to make sure it's as it should be

pretty much what im saying

i'd say it is outside since I haven't found it.



There's a small team that do maintenance but we have to book first. Guess I'm going to college without a shower. Hopefully i'm not stinking...
