Server randomly disconnects a lot lately =/.

autosave didnt work, i logged on and server crashed. later when i logged on i lost all of my enchanted items i had on me, and my diamond armour. all the time i played yesterday was spent on enchanting.. and its all gone -.-

my stuff is all here, no one else said anything about it

idk.. no one else was on when i logged on. usually when my stuff gets taken its when i log on while the server is restarting off-on- off then back on. when i got on in between it usually steals my stuff. can i atleast have the raw tools back? idk if you can enchant shit whatever you want as your admin ( i wouldnt think so) but i had 2 diamond picks, 1 was enchanted IV unbreaking and another III fortune. then i had a II fire aspect II knockback diamond sword, I punch III power bow, protection III diamond chest and legs and a few other things im not worried about. can you do anything about this?
