Reasons for Denial
You did not put your minecraft name
You did not put your reason
You spelled your minecraft name wrong
You have more than 10% warn (exceptions can be made)
You spam me
You make two posts one after another

Rules and Regulations:
Depending on the rule broken you will be banned upon broken rules
1. No Griefing - Destroying other players builds
2. Absolutely no drama - If they is an issue talk to an admin do not fight or both user will be banned
3. No Stealing - Taking items or things that aren't yours
4. No Claiming in the nether - If we see a claimed land in the nether all your land will be removed, second offense = banned
5. No building too close to others - Unless you have permission
6. Do not afk by mob spawners - It lags the server and you will be kicked second offense banned
7. Leave the nether hub alone - if you would like your own portal build one but do not build or destroy the nether hub
8. Follow the Admins and Moderators directions - What they say goes
9. No harassing or bullying - We would like to have a friendly server
10. No X-ray or mods to give you an advantage - Instant ban

Inactive Players
If you inactive for more than two weeks you will be unwhitelistes and your creations will be taken down. We will pm you first!

Guest: Default Position
Member: Earned after 4 days of activity
Moderator: Earned after being a trusted player for a 4 months
Admin: Earned after being a trusted player for a year
Co-Owner: Unobtainable
Owner: Unobtainable

Look into plugin Core Protect then you can see who did what without worries...and McMMO is also another fun plugin.
Also i have never used landlord but with the claim system i have used you can turn off being able to make a claim in the nether. to prevent having to worry about that
