Went on my smurf for the first time in 5 months tonight. Played a placement game in HL

It put me in a game with 9 Gold 3-4 players. HOLY SHIT. It was hard to watch. Illidan first pick, he kept soloing lane like he was a zag. Ignores team fights every single tribute spawn.

Finally we get a wipe at level 20. 5v0, none of us died. 45 second death timers. Wide open lane to core bottom with no keep. I spam pinged the bottom lane, typed in multiple times "END BOT END BOT END BOT"

No one left mid lane. They just sat there beating on a fort that meant nothing.

Enemy team spawns, wipes team, goes core and wins.

Currently 1830 ish is GM, 1921 should put me around #440. Nothing special but nice to hit before the season ends

im pretty sure gm has nothing to do with mmr

meaning blizzard made their 'premier' rank actually mean nothing

meaning the only thing we have is hotslogs, which less people probably use because they are stupid and think blizzards leaderboards mean something

So I came back after a couple months off of hots and Team League is just as much of a joke as always

I played with a bunch of noobs who were master/GM in TL but all shitlords in HL highest was d1 rofl
