There are some well known scammers in the D2R forum, for example the Vouch3 guy who has scammed multiple people.

Maybe have a sticky page at the top of D2R section, include all the btags of the known scammers to increase awareness?

This has been suggested multiple times. They scam outside of D2jsp most of the time. Users need to practice safe trading practices and follow trading rules and they wouldn’t fall for the bad actors.
