This is pretty clear, allow us to let us make our own comment to a fg transaction.
So many keep it empty or have automated their acc name into the comment.

You will not be able edit the other ones comment, just add your own!

I think this would be a nice addition to the existing gold log, and I would use it quite frequently myself.
Either with its own column, as shown in your example, or with an icon and a pop-up window like the comments on tracked topics in the new topic tracker layout.
