I feel like that'd get way too annoying to have all those tabs there and it would be a lot easier to stray far from the forum you want this way.. a better way might be to allow to add links to certain forums on the bar where settings, profile, logout, messages, etc. is in the blank spot in between.. this works better because you're probably not going to want all those forums listed.. some people might play only 1.
