Request is a good Option but Timezones still a thing and sometimes a mediator isnt available.
If someone got an Idea how to improve things, it should be somethink to talk about. There is always a way to make it better

i Think a 2 step way might be usefull.
1.
jsut get everything together.
2.
get the mediator jsut the list of full accusations and let him give some pointers
of advice if something is missing.


but as it is now... where the mediator needs to look thrugh walls of accusations. which each has 4-6 sites and
might still not ready for a "review".... thats too time consuming.

just unproductive and could mb improve by leaps and bounds if u get like 1 or 2 more peeps helping out.

Btw my case was 100 safe 2/3 but i didnt got the fg so stop jsut saying "dont get scammed"
To go for a mediator for each Itemtrade ... for smal fg... that woud burn every "oersonal" on this side regardles of timezones.

Exactly. Where do you draw the line. 100fg? 1000fg?
Everyone would be exhausted to get a mediator for 'regular' trades.

My case was resolved after 1 week, so pretty fast considering how long some take.
BUT the accused (and locked) scammer had pleeeenty of time to spend and spread all of his fg before he got locked.
Furthermore was I not reimbursed for my loss (ofc no one does) and the crime to my understanding was well worth it.

The incentive to not scam is hardly there in its current state.
You won't score 5k that way but 500 are easy prey.

Please explain to me:

1) exactly how the system currently works;
2) exactly what is the problem;
3) what is the solution you suggest.

Right now in your post all I see is someone whining they got scammed, they didn't use a mediator as a free service provided by d2jsp, and wanna change the world.

I would think of the scammer accusation process to be similar to a police investigation,
first when you file a police report at the police station for theft or other crimes, you are interviewed by the officer or detective in-charge "The S/A helper" of the case then various details are taken and recorded for evidence against the accused.
Providing that you are cooperative with the investigation and sufficient evidence is submitted, an investigation will be launched to make sure the actual person who've commited the crime is arrested and we don't accidentally arrest someone who's innocent.

Just like a real life crime investigation, there are a multitude of factors that determine the time of investigation needed, such as unmasking and catching the right person, the severity of a case and the fact that there are always two sides to a story.
All this could take anywhere from days to years because some cases are less complicated and some are less complicated.

Hope you understand the process better now.
