I get messages all few days why my scamm accusation didnt get any attention even with 100% evidence and i even tried to Pm Rank for rank (once a week)
to get answers how to improve this section.

In my personal and humble opinion, we have to less people "working" in that team or it coulg go a 2 step accusation,
1. get everything ready on proof and then change it to
2. a channel where only mediators have to cofirm the tag that should be given.

So the mediator doesnt need to look from side to side and lookout 20 sides if there is anywhere enough proof for a tag.

+ give them some rewards that we mb get mrepeople caring about this community or it will faster rebound into more scammer
(got scammed from someone who got scammed a week earlier then me for the same item....)

Change the way or u will get changed by unpopular opinions of harmed people...
(the guy who then jsut scammed me and tried to "buy" again from one of my shops)

There is a lot of behind the scenes work to ensure no one is improperly tagged as a scammer. They cannot just lock/tag someone until they are 100% without a doubt that a scam has occurred and they need to go over more than just what is provided in your case. It takes time but it ensures no one who is innocent gets harmed in the process.

Just thinking...

Temporarily lock both accounts' fg until the accusation can be reviewed?

This would discourage frivolous accusations while providing a stop to the fg from being sent elsewhere.

This type of implementation is already in place, they do this in certain circumstances but as you can imagine they don’t and shouldn’t soft lock gold on both accounts based off every accusations, mainly being because an accusation is simply that, accusing someone of scamming.

not to mention locking people that were impersonated.

As a scammers victim I find it highly disturbing to see almost a full month go by without any action taken to take down the scammer though the evidence is overwhelming on the thread creator's scammers accusations post.
Hence I make this post to highlight the fact that if scammers are given that much room to operate - the integrity of this section is compromised.

Evil will always exists. The only way to stop it is to protect yourself, or in this case use a mediator

Sometimes it takes hours for a reply and sometimes you dont have the time to wait for RL reasons.
For new Users its not that easy not to get scammed. Most of them doesnt know all the tricks & alot wanna abuse the 2/3 rule.

The s/a sections is good, but i think it still needs some improvement ( dont ask me how.. ) but if some user provides a video and every other stuff and it still takes weeks to handle that case.. i dont know.
If the Team needs special more information atleast ask. But most of the time Person 1 is just bumping and waiting for any respond
