What I was asking is should I try and capture all Familiars I come along?

Also I have an Imperiel Sorceress, but its only a **. Should I save it and level it or just whatever?

not all familiars are good, except for imperial sorceress. You might capture them for bonus.
You should level imperial sorceres, she is pretty good ^^

Whats Max Level Familiar's can get? I noticed my warlord is 150. Other EP's are 99's.

common and uncommon are 40 i think, rares = 70, epics = 99 and warlords = 150.

If you can afford to swith Sigil, you should try and level another familiar.
The griffon you should always put in your line-up unless you need a familiar to level.
Try to get another griffon and get him to 4*

Yeah I keep my warlord in to keep levels going to keep energy going as much as I can.

Leveling that Spider/Griffon now.

ye spider sucks tbh, leve that sorc. Because later on game you can capture her.
