I agree that he wouldn't brawl in sparring. Floyd is one of those guys who seems like a total idiot, a hood rat. Until you watch him in the ring, where he's at home. Then you see that he's a genius in his domain. He's not going to risk anything until the lights are on. Not at 41, not with Conor as his opponent, because he knows how dangerous Conor can be with his unconventional style and his size and power. He should be confident that he's going to win and he has every right to be. He didn't take stupid risks in his prime, although he did fight "harder" because he was more daring, more explosive, and hungry to earn more titles and accolades. Then he did what GSP did: he used his dominant skills to win.
