Do you have a wooting keyboard if you do you can’t use the instant key press thing for strafe and shit

Otherwise it just detected you doing a bunch of weird movements that it found irregular fast spin instant 180 etc

Yes, it's happened to me too. You just have to wait those 20 hours and that's it. It's not that you've done anything wrong. You know how it works: cheats roam freely and legitimate players sometimes have to put up with things like this.
