i fully agree with you watermarkxx - spending money on pixels is just super retarded and super lame, imo. if a game needs to be paid to win, then one should stop oneself from playing already.

games are meant for entertainment and enjoyment, not to become some old fat ass thats super pro because he spent one milliard dollars to every fucking game to be elite.

sorry for having a rather stupid opinion as many prolly will say and you guys can say what you want, but this is my opinion nomatter what, spending money on ingame pixels is dumb.

Would you share the same opinion against the professional who pays top dollar to use the most up to date top of the line equipment to be a good tennis player or golf player?

Also, I'd wager $50k IRL money (on written/signed contract) that if you gave 95% of people here a budget of $4000 (400,000 FG) to spend on their ghost sin, they would still lose against mine in fair combat. Money can help, yes, but that "old fatass" will never become elite if he does not already possess the talent to make best use of his money. Not claiming to be the best, just better than most.

PS. However while he might not beat me, at least he can still enjoy the game by compensating for lack of skill with better gear. Why take that enjoyment away from him?

I can still find some enjoyment in d2. Clearly not as much as when it was big but still a little fun.
