Hasn't he struggled with injuries this season though? Last season he was great.

I haven't seen as many Valencia games as you ofc (about 10-12 Liga games this season, plus most of the CL ones), but he did well whenever I saw him play. I remember watching games where he was absent in which Valencia conceded a ton of goals (4 away against Sevilla, 5 home against la Real, 4 away against la Real, etc).

He was really good at lille.. Not a bad player to have. Think it is a good buy for dortmund to add some quality depth in defence as santana is leaving.

This, he was really impressive at Lille when I watched them play. he's not the player to stand out, he's just a solid defender.

well against sevilla they got an early red card .. against socidead they just got destroyed on the counters.. but they won pretty much the rest matches with clean sheets..

he could be good if he didnt make stupid decisions all the time
