Nah. That car is an 07. The tire that exploded was 11 days old though. Just glad that I'm more financially stable so this accident isn't crippling.

Two possible close calls I've had was hitting a tree going like 40. I was fine, but if I had had a passenger or hit it drives side...
And another time I was like 5 or 6 and flipped a 3 wheeler. It tumbled like 3 or 4 times and then ended up on top of me.
I specifically recall yelling, "This is how I die" as I spun out on the interstate and went off the road into the ditch. Avoided all trees and light posts somehow and the fence i crashed into stopped me from going any further.
Impressed that the first response groups were pretty fast. Had a local police unit, a sheriff, fire rescue vehicle and ambulance within about 15 minutes. They were pretty busy yesterday.

Car salesman using this as a chance to sell a new car? No way. I've been considering purchasing a new car for a while but honestly that was my fault for not getting my new tires aligned right after getting them. Was waiting until my oil change this weekend. Car is fine.
