Got this part. But do scores below 10 just count for what they are? if the score is 7-0 Browns is it block 70? or if its 7-7 Is it block 77?

No , none of the squares have any value until the random numbers are put on the top and side. All numbers below 10 count for what they are yes. Maybe look at the link at the bottom of the first post of one that is already done. You can see what a grid looks like with the numbers on it and see who won. I think you will get it from there lol.
