He's trying to say that reaching max level should take longer. He wants a deeper end game, but he sits in an echo chamber where 1000s of people agree with him all day so he forgets that not everybody has a few hundred people on hand at all times to help them beat content.
Example would be the new Escalation Protocol mode. It needs 9 people and near max level to really beat it reliably. But there's no matchmaking, you have to find people in open world spaces other than the 2 you can bring with you. So he loads in and has a few hundred people try to match with them and then fills those teams so he has 9 players. Average person can't do that. So he farmed it out and got the rewards in a few hours. The vast majority hasn't come close to beating it. So I could agree with wanting a more challenging version of that. But to say that it needs to take longer before most of the community can even try the current version is just stupid. But he has his teenage viewership that eats up whatever he says.
Good dude that does great stuff within the community, but pretty bad opinion on the state of the game.
