6 week Euro trip confirmed. Edinburgh, Rome, Amsterdam, Prague are the 100% will see, everywhere else is up in debate. No real interest in Germany, France or Spain.

Might as well hit up France imo, you'll fly over it a few times. Paris is pretty rad. Also lots worth visiting in Italy besides Rome.

No interest in Paris, truly don't. Any suggestions for Italy? I just listed the places that are a must visit for me. I'd like to see the Island of Capri. Where I'm going outside of the places I listed are completely open.

go to Rome and check out the Vatican and stuff

even though I'm not religious, I've wanted to see how they designed those buildings in person

Ancient Rome is something I've always been interested in, absolutely love the history behind it. Definitely will be checking out the Vatican + the Colosseum . among the other historical sites every 5 steps.

Venice is pretty rad. Florence and Milan were a good time as well. That's all I've been to, and it's been a few years, but it was a good trip. I hit up the Colesseum in Rome at like 5am, were literally the ones around, early mornings suck, but would recommend that.

That would be cool as fuck. The friend I'm going with is an early riser and so am I, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal.. If I can get up at 4 am on a rainy Vancouver morning to get to the gym, I can do it in an italian summer

Florence and the Amalfi Coast were my two favourite spots in Italy. I think Venice and Rome are must visits too. We went to many other places but those were the highlights.
