I said I am not afraid of them and the playoffs will be a different monster than the regular season results where Boston owned them. It was exactly that, a battle to 7 games. My non-biased prediction was Boston in 7 after all...

You said all season long the Sixers weren't a threat and the Celtics would roll them. You said they'd win in 5, or at most 6. Now after going 7 it's "rofl you got lucky a player on your team played well that's the only reason why it went 7" as if that makes any sense.

76ers choked the series away. We all saw that. They had the Celtics dead to rights up 3-2 at home and took their foot off the pedal and choked. Period. It was a great series though, well at least until the 3rd quarter of game 7.

The two best teams remaining in the playoffs got matched up in the second round. Someone had to lose. A 7 game series just shows how close they were.

I never once said we would beat the Sixers in 5 or 6 before the series. I seen how we played against the hawks and I didn’t have much confidence we would win easily. I was confident we would win, I wasn’t confident we would win easily. I did say during regular season that 76ers weren’t a threat and I stand by that.

Even though it went 7 games, we were largely the better team for around 75%+ of the series. 76ers got pretty lucky to get to 7 games tbh. We were a lot better.
