Murray got clamped down by Twolves better perimeter defenders!!

Did cook 39yr old Lebron and DLo n Reaves though, not known for defense this year.

Let’s go Twolves!!! First ever Championship for any Minnesota Team!!! :D

Lakers would have been fine both series had they faced this version of Murray
For some reason he turns into Jamaal Jordan when they play each other. Every shit contested jumper he puts up in the 4th against LA is a bucket :rofl:
Tall defender > Murray

Nuggets offense having an insanely tough time getting consistent looks because the Twolves are doing a great job playing Jokic 1v1.
MPJ offense = catch and shoot 3 off a kick out or side step 3/drive off of that. You never see him going 1v1 or asking for the ball. Wolves are putting a large body on him who is not shading towards Jokic= MPJ bricks
AG offense = Rim run off Jokic double or he is basically roaming and -1 on offense. This a 40 point game if he doesn't start 5-5 and 3-3 from 3 or something crazy. Twolves just left him open though.

Murray better find that contested shooting stroke or they're porked

Timberwolves have the best defense in the league and it's not even close.

Comparing the Lakers, who are mediocre at best defensively, is silly.

The cupcake playoff schedule for the Nuggets since last season is over. Jokic and Murray are getting exposed, badly. These guys are running circles around Jokic and putting Murray in prison at the same time.

Twins won the championship in 1991 /87/ and 1924 , but yes it’s been rough for minnesota sports

The last two defending NBA champions to lose the first two games of a series at home:

👉 Nikola Jokic & the 2024 Nuggets
👉 Kobe Bryant & the 2011 Lakers (Swept)

Can the Denver Nuggets avoid what happened to the 2011 Lakers? Honestly I think they'll avoid a sweep. I think it goes a full 7 games.

Timberwolves are so loaded defensively. Every single player in their rotation is a good to great defender. Most are elite defenders. It's wild.

You pair that with a team that can now score well too? Yeah, they're looking like the clear cut fav in the west and would certainly give Boston hell in the finals. If these guys manage to sweep denver after sweeping Phoenix....sheeesh

kind of a dark horse too the only twolves fan got b& a few years back no one hypign them up

Lakers got similar team to lock down Nuggets if Vandobilt also plays, Vandobilt = Mcdaniels :o

But Rui should’ve step up n plays like Naz Reid, who is 261 pound though, Rui is 240 pound n not as good three pointer n played bad defense on Jokic.

Edward’s way better defense and better offense than Lebron.
