thats true and meanwhile the Bucks lose the rights to trade for Bogdanović and get penalized a pick just because.. a journalist is a dickhead?

the league is obviously crooked. happy for the fans in San Antonio but again it is clearly rigged. they want Wemby to be a big star in the league, San Antonio was the best place for him to develop

I'm not happy that the Spurs got the first pick but what can you do? Was it rigged? I'd like to believe not. Regardless this is how I feel. The Rockets will be fine. That 4th pick isn't the end of the world. They'll sign James Harden and another good free agent. I'm more focused on the Astros getting hot and making a strong run at a repeat which the Warriors failed to do. I really was cheering for the Dubs in these playoffs because I've grown to respect their dynasty.

I blame Kevin Durant for leaving the Bay Area. They'd have won a few more 'chips with him on that loaded roster. He foolishly went to Brooklyn for what? His legacy isn't what it could've been. And now KD on the Phoenix Suns is just a total slap in the face to me. It feels worse to me than when J.J. Watt and DeAndre Hopkins went to the Arizona Cardinals. He's ring chasing for the wrong franchise. I'm also focused on the NHL coming to Houston. The Arizona Coyotes need a new arena after their vote failed to pass yesterday. They don't want professional hockey in Arizona. Give Texas a second NHL team in Houston via relocation. It's going to happen!

I'm too tired to think right now. I had a long night drinking heavily. And then I put in some hard yard work this morning. I'll figure things out later...

“F*ck that. Those guys have gotten enough luck already. They already got Tim and Dave. Being able to draft the three best center prospects of the last 35 years would be some bullsh!t.”

I'm not going to hate on the Spurs anymore like this tweet from NBA Central. It's not ideal but the Rockets have a lot of young talent in place. We'll make the best of the 4th and 20th pick and a lot of cap space. A lot of future picks too. Some potential Brooklyn lottery picks in 2024 and 2026 that are unprotected (top three potential) still loom large. Not to say I'm banking on them. The Rockets should likely trade those two picks for an established all-star player if they believe they can make a leap to serious contenders. I still think the Rockets will offer James Harden a four-year max deal this summer. That could be interesting. Maybe make Draymond Green or Dillon Brooks a nice offer but I doubt they're looking to sign two max-money players this off-season.

The team with the worst record in the last 5 drafts has not gotten the #1 pick

Hinkie made the NBA change their draft rules, and it's working.

Trust the process ruined the process. LOL. I mean really. A 14% chance shared with two other teams.
The Rockets are a perfect example with that 14% chance three years in a row. 2nd, 3rd and 4th picks.
I'm not complaining but if I had a 14% chance to win something would I even try to do so? I doubt it.

Spurs need to develop Wemba!!! Give him 25 mins per game and play him 60 games first season!!!!

Second year give him 30 mins per game and play him 65 games!!!!

Third year can play wemba 35 mins per game and 75 games when he gets stronger. B)
