Are you implying that Maxey isn't able to keep shooing at 64% from three? SMH

Well he's not what he once was, but he's better than the shit we've seen from Millsap.

Willie Cauley-Stein will be released. Still don't know why they didn't give him a bigger shot, but i guess they didn't like what they saw out of him.

Frank Vogel says DeAndre Jordan felt he would have a larger role in Philadelphia and the Lakers granted him the opportunity.

Sources: DeAndre Jordan expected to sign with Philadelphia 76ers for remainder of season

Once clearing waivers Thursday, free-agent center DeAndre Jordan is expected to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers for the rest of the season, sources told ESPN.

Teams have until 5 p.m. ET on Thursday to make a claim on Jordan, but there's no indication that was likely to happen, sources said.

The Lakers waived Jordan on Tuesday, using the roster spot to sign veteran guard DJ Augustin.

The Sixers have been aggressive in pursuit of a backup center since including Andre Drummond in the trade deadline deal to acquire James Harden, sources said, and the Lakers' waiving of Jordan, 33, on Monday moves them closer to filling that roster hole.

Jordan, who signed a one-year, $2.6 million minimum deal to join the Lakers this season, would save the Sixers $2.3 million in luxury tax if he signed a free-agent deal instead of getting claimed on waivers. The Sixers have an open roster spot to take on Jordan.

Jordan started 19 games this season before dropping out of the team's rotation. Jordan was All-NBA first team with the Clippers in 2016, and a two-time All-NBA defensive first-team choice in 2015 and 2016.

Why are the Sixers doing this. Have Brand and Morey not watched basketball the past 3 years? What's the point of getting DeAndre? He's just a big body. He should'nt see any playing time.

He'll play a couple mins a game. Veteran presence I suppose. Played with Harden in Brooklyn. Their options probably weren't great

Better than what they have..but that probably isn't saying much. Trying to think of any positive lol

This. Big body who can rebound and defend the paint better than anyone else we have outside of Embiid. Plus, I'm sure Harden and Doc having been with him in the past played a part in getting him to Philly.

Harden needs guys that can catch lobs. DJ may be able to at least still do that.

Another dominant perforamnce by Embiid. He continues to own Chicago

5-0 in games with Harden

Big one against the Nets Thursday. Would be even more interesting if Ben were playing
