Haha, I would probably just say underestimate.
But in all honesty, not counting the time it take to load and save, I could make something very similar in under 3 minutes.
There are thousands of smudge methods, but for tags that are primarily smudge, there are two "main" methods.
One involves building the smudge from the ground up, dark colors first.
The other requires you to use colors from the render to lay a base smudge layer and work your way up from there.
Using the 2nd method, the first base layer can be done very quick, especially if you're an experienced smudger.
This is two layers of smudge and a render; it took about 5 minutes, and I would arguer it is a much nicer base layer than Pharaohs because you can trace Pharaohs' large strokes.

The meat of the tag comes from working in details.
This is a potentially bad example since the final tag isn't so great.
